I will review your Website Privacy Notice and assess its compliance with GDPR. Depending on the package you select I will then provide:

1. A report explaining which requirements of the GDPR your Privacy Notice does and does not comply with.

or

2. A report explaining which sections of the GDPR your Privacy Notice does and does not comply with; along with some examples of generic clauses which could improve compliance but it will be up to you to decide whether they should be used and how they should be personalised to your site.

or 

3. A report explaining which sections of the GDPR your Privacy Notice does and does not comply with; followed by a full redraft to provide a new Privacy Policy which complies with GDPR and is personalised to your website/business.

For additional consultancy we will consider other issues such as required by you on an hourly basis such as whether you need a Data Protection Officer and/or EU Representative to be named in your Privacy Notice.
