You can start to work as soon as you get EIN number and bank account (it takes up to a one month since applied for a company through online service). You have to set up company and EIN number BEFORE make apply for bank account, cause bank will request ALL necessary documents from you side! So please choose Premium package if your are non-US resident. The best way to open business bank account in US is to travel in US personally!!
