This agreement caters for the following scenario : You are in the referral business for a few suppliers products. Once an order is confirmed by your Customer, payment will be made to you (could be via your website etc). You will then notify the supplier. Supplier will proceed to fulfill the order to the Customer. After that you will make payment to supplier after deducting your referral fee. This agreement aims to give you a sense of security and control for your referral business and most important of all - to bind your business relationship with your suppliers.
