About me: I am seasoned lawyer with over 40 years of practical business experience in the legal industry. I was previously General Counsel to a $800 million high technology business; and have continued to act as an outside general counsel for some of my clients in addition to my transactional and counseling practice. I have served as a mediator and arbitrator on various business disputes in the 1990's before starting my own boutique law firm in California.

I have two degrees (JD and LLM) from Yale University, where I have also received my BSC in Electrical Engineering prior to my professional career. I am half Canadian and half American; my father wanted me as an accountant as young so I had been certified previously in Canada as public accountant.

I am currently on a break from my firm, in pursuing my PHD, so fiverr definitely keeps me going.

reginadavilla:I had a performance contract that need to be reviewed quickly. Finding an attorney to review docs on less that a 24 hour notice is very difficult. I did find the response here a bit delayed. In the course of waiting I found an attorney in my city who was available and he reviewed the document and ended up rewriting some of it.
