js-gig-main-desc ">Mediation offers disputants the opportunity to avoid costly lawyers' and court fees, time spent going through the legal system, and the grief of a potential judgement entered against you or collecting a judgement through the courts. Disputants who mediate take control of their dispute, work together, and reach the best possible resolution. 

The Document Review (Basic Package) is an intake session so that your case can be approved for mediation. The nature of the legal system is such that not all disputes may be mediated. I will review your dispute and contact you as to your eligibility to mediate. 

The Mediation Training (Standard Package) includes the intake session, as well as a personalized mediation strategy and brief, and a 1-hour phone/video conference in which we will discuss your personalized strategies successful mediation, and any questions and concerns you have about mediation.

The Mediation Package (Premium Package) includes document review. Additionally, I personally reach out to each disputant to explain the process and request a mediation session. Finally, I will schedule and conduct one online mediation session.
