About:

Our coaching sessions focus on fundraising, project planning, proposal development, organizational strategy. Areas that we can address include:

• Identifying funding sources in the form of grants and sponsorship
• Different methods of approach for sponsors, contracts, and grants
• Establishing and maintaining donor relations
• Involvement of appropriate stakeholders
• Program objectives, goals, and anticipated impact
• Preparing your organization to submit proposals
• Common grant/contract terminology, forms, and processes
• Writing measurable objectives, outcomes, and goals
• Review of your completed grant proposal/bid application
• Methods to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
• Understanding Change Theory, Logic Model, and Program Evaluations
• Collection of data, analyses, and trends pertaining to your target population
• Defining bylaws, mission statement, vision statement, and measurable milestones
• Planning and developing a strategic organizational document
• Understanding when to apply and how much to request
• Resource procurement and allocation

Coaching sessions are scheduledM-F 10am-6pm EST.
