1. Basic package include training of resources on Contract Management

2. Standard Package include step by step guide on all contract related tasks such as;

• Contract review of various contract clauses of the ITB.
• consortium/JV and pre-bid arrangement agreements, by clearly defining the rights and obligations to meet the requirement.
• Prepare Risk Register in coordination with BD and Proposal team
• Identification of instructions, and claimable events.
• Notification of delay in site handover, design / drawings or others affecting the progress of works.
•  Preparation of claims such as Extension of Time and additional cost claims and LD etc.
• Sub-contract(s) and/or supply contract(s) reviews on need basis.
• Advice in applying for and obtaining substantial completion certificates and seeking the release of retention money.
• Support in Settlement of claims.

3. Premium Package include to attend project specific contract assignments such as preparation of narrative of claims/justification/estimation of financial impact value etc. and cover letters for submission to Client.
