This gig is to register for you a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the state of your choice (any of the 50 states, including--but not limited to--Wyoming, Nevada, Delaware, Maryland, DC, and Virginia). All documents will be passed through a secure online document vault keyed to your password. This gig is limited to those Fiverr users who possess a personal US tax ID. No exceptions.



Our service is confidential, and if so desired we can register anonymously in the name of our firm depending on the state and your requirements.



My background: Prior to being a principal at a CPA firm I was a controller/CFO and often responsible for organizing subsidiaries.



Our base $195 is for our services. We will also charge you the state's registration fee, which varies from $105 to $840, plus the Fiverr 20% charge. You can optionally pay the state fee through our website to avoid the Fiverr surcharge.



There is a gig-extra option for us to obtain a federal tax ID for your LLC ($75). You must have a SSN or individual Tax ID to obtain a federal tax ID for your business. We cannot obtain SSNs or individual tax IDs for those that do not have them.
