Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLC) must file an annual report each year to stay in good standing with the Secretary of State.
A notice is mailed to the registered agent at the address on file about six weeks before your report is due. To avoid penalties, file your annual report by the expiration date. An annual report is considered filed when state office receive all fees.
