File,Draft Or Answer Notice Of Opposition

About:

A trademark opposition is a procedure that occurs infrequently but can have a profound effect on a trademark registration application.  Near the end of the registration process for a trademark application, the USPTO publishes the application for the public to view for 30 days.   If a member of the public believes that registration of the mark will be harmful to their interests, that member can oppose the registration.

I will file or draft Notice of Opposition for the Opposer or file or draft the Response for the Notice of Opposition for the Applicant.

For the FILING gig of Trademarks, Patents, Copyrights and LLC’s. The buyer would be asked to provide name, email, physical address and contact number to do the filing with USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) under his/her name or under his/her company, and this information will be asked only on the order page.
