Step one: you provide the two parties’ information (in English and Chinese if for bilingual agreement), the product and a brief introduction of the background to me.
Step two: I will prepare the draft of manufacturing agreement based on my standard sample and your brief introduction of the background.
Step three: As manufacturing agreement should be customized, you can review the manufacturing agreement and decide whether you need to add or change some items. If any change is required, I will amend the agreement accordingly for your further confirmation.
