If you are developing a coin token and you intend to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO), an Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) or Security Token Offering (STO), then my legal services will be of help.I will review your Whitepaper for legal and/or compliance purposes, and provide supplementary legal or compliance-related issues or proposals, prior to the ICO/IEO/STO launch. I can also edit the Whitepaper in order to make it Howey test compliant, but also worldwide compliant if it is the case. Depending on the objectives of your project, the token can be deemed as utility and not security (for IEO / ICO purposes) or it can be considered Security Token (for STO purposes).
Regarding the Legal Opinion, upon providing me with the Whitepaper and any other relevant information, in return, you will receive a signed and stamped Legal Opinion on whether the Token is or is not a security, in the legal sense of the legislation worldwide. All details and conclusions will be discussed and amended prior to signing and sending the final version of the legal opinion to you.
