- Filing of trademark application;
- Monitoring of your trademark through its application timeline.
Notes:
- If you decide to move forward with your trademark applicaiton, you must pay the "Extra" of $275 for the actual USPTO filing fee.
- Any additional classifications to be filed beyond one (1) will be an extra $275/per classification to cover filing costs plus attorney fees.
- If you decide not to proceed with your trademark application, you will be refunded in the amount of $355 plus any "Extra" $275 filing fees you have paid for.
