I will

I will file all the required documents with your State's division. There
will be a State filing fee when forming the LLC. I will inform you of the
cost of the filing fee and you will pay the State's filing fees directly to the
State's business division upon filing. Once your LLC is created, I will
provide further instructions on completing the formation process.
