This service includes online incorporation of a UK company limited by shares (for profit) or guarantee (non-profit) for only 70$ without address service and 120$ with address service (VAT incl.). All government fees are included.The company will be fully ready to trade in just 1-2 working days!
When the registration form is accepted by Companies House I will send digital or printed (premium package) copies of the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association.
The address service includes recieving and scanning all statutory mail from Companies House, HMRC (revenue agency) and British courts for one year.
If you choose the premium package I will become your company secretary and file a confirmation statement and dormant company accounts(if needed). I will also be able to file all the neccessary forms relating to change of address, officer appointment or changes in share capital.
