A limited liability company (LLC) is a business that must be registered with a specific state. To properly register a new LLC in your state, you must file articles of organization. I will file these documents for you accurately and correctly.
Some states require a business owner to file a certificate of organization (sometimes called a certificate of formation), which has a format similar to the articles of organization. Please make sure you message me to let me know for which state you need the LLC to be registered in.
