As a former (Dutch) attorney I'm an expert in contract law. I have also been the legal manager of an tech company with projects in the US, UK, Asia, South America and Asia.
In total I have almost 10 years of experience. During these years I've written many independent contractor, consultancy and freelance agreements.
I will make sure all relevant legal risks are covered. I'm great at legal writing and I always deliver work that's of a high quality, since I have a high sense of responsibility and I'm very meticulous.
