Welcome to the world of contracting and sub contracting! It’s a great way for small business to save and individual  contractor to make money or grow their contracting business. But whichever side you are on there is a catch especially in the US, without a proper contractor agreement you are opening yourself to lawsuits and potential compensation and benefits  may be due similar to employees if there is no subcontracting Agreement in place.
