About:

 The registration can be renewed for an unlimited number of successive ten-year periods. 

For a trademark registration to remain valid, an Affidavit of Use (Section 8 Affidavit) must be filed between the fifth and sixth year following registration, and (2) within the year before the end of every ten-year period after the date of registration. 

The registrant must also file a Section 9 renewal application (Section 9 Renewal) within the year before the end of each successive 10-year period following the date of registration. 

Note:There is no guarantee for the final acceptance. After filing Office Action the final decision is upon USPTO whether they will accept your case or not.

This gig was a response to USPTO office action where they required amendments to a trademark the seller previously prepared. I did not think the seller responded adequately to what the USPTO requested. We will have to wait 2 months for the USPTO to respond with a rejection again
