1. the Internal Rules (the “Rules”) regulate the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data and on the free movement of such data under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)

2. GAP Analysis- an analysis of the personal data related processes held by your company in view of the GDPR

3. Red flag report -preparation of a red flag report outlining the findings in the GAP Analysis and recommendations with this regard.

The Analysis and the Report are limited solely to the following scope:

(a) identification of all personal data related processes conducted by your company in the course of its business activities as at the date of the Report;

(b) assessment of the identified processes in view of the applicable GDPR requirements; and

(c) provision of recommendations and alternative actions for implementation of the new GDPR legal framework and ensuring GDPR compliance.
