I provide estate planning documents to those who wish to forego the expense of using an attorney. A lot of people die without a will or a Living Trust, and this leaves their loved ones having to go through lengthy court processes and headaches. 

Once you decide to move forward and you know what option is best for you, I will send you a questionnaire that you will complete so that I can prepare the Will or Living Trust. Once complete (2 days) I will send a draft to you for your review. Once approved I will finalize documents and send to you. You will complete the signature/notary of your estate planning documents and rest assured your loved ones are covered if something should happen to you.
