Application Assistance:I will provide a review of your potential mark and will answer questions you have regarding how to properly fill out the application, how to classify your goods or services, or other questions related to the initial filing. This package does not include any procedural guidance, review of the actual application, or assistance in responding to Office Actions.
Application Guidance:
In this package, I will provide a review of your potential mark, all other services of the "Application Review" package, and a review of your initial application. I will also provide guidance as to what to expect procedurally from the USPTO during the application review process and a worksheet regarding important timing and dates of your application review.
Full Service:
My office will consult with you regarding your trademark generally. We will research the mark's availability, file the application for you, and respond to any non-substantive Office Actions from the USPTO.
Costs and Fees:
You will be responsible for any costs and fees associated with the filing.
