I am a penultimate year law student at one of the top law schools in India. Many businesses, especially small ones, cannot afford written contracts and work on oral terms. Although valid, oral contracts bring a lot of trouble when one party seeks enforcement. I want to provide this service to small businesses in commonwealth jurisdictions (India, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand) at a price that they can afford. This is with a long term vision of inclusive legal service in the future to all. My motive is to get exposed to entrepreneurial issues all over the world and cater to their needs.
