Conduct Trademark search at the Department of Intellectual
Property.
Trademark Application
(Service fee does not include amendments subsequent to filing of application or appeal process where application is not approved)
Prepare 1 Trademark application with 1 class listed under each mark.
Submit application on Client’s behalf with a Power of Attorney.
Liaise with the Department of Intellectual Property on the status of the application through the progression of the application process.
Transportation for Trademark Application (Nonthaburi round trip) – 5 round trips billed initially extra, Searching of Database, Application Fee, Advertising the application, Certification issuance, Stamp duty and disbursements - Extra Costs
Complete Total costs estimate proposal will be provided In Basic or Standard GIG.
