The Benelux Office for Intellectual Property is the registration office for trademarks and designs in the Benelux. The BOIP is the legal successor of the Benelux Trademarks Office and the Benelux Designs Office. Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) offers you protection in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.



NOTE: Services such as trademark search and Office Action will require extra gigs. Paying fee to  Government is solely the responsibility of the Buyer after the filing. The gigs quoted are excluding IPO Office Fees.

For the FILING gig of Trademarks, Patents, Copyrights and LLC’s. The buyer would be asked to provide name, email, physical address and contact number to do the filing with USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) under his/her name or under his/her company, and this information will be asked only on the order page.
