I will prepare the state required form(s) to create a Limited Liability Company ("LLC") in any one U.S. state.  You will file directly with the state and pay the state's fee when you file your document, and I will provide you with the fees and instructions to do so.

An operating agreement governs the operation of your LLC, including member interest(s) of the company. Some states require an operating agreement, and it is good business practice to have one in place. If you have more than one member (or owner), please choose the additional fee for the multi-member agreement.
